Your App Store keyword data, inside your AI assistant
Ascope runs a Model Context Protocol server on your Mac. Connect it once and Cursor, Claude Code or Claude Desktop can read your rankings, research keywords and manage what you track.
Setup in two minutes
- Install Ascope and activate your Pro license (Settings → License).
- Open Settings → MCP and make sure the server shows Running. The endpoint is
http://127.0.0.1:47321/mcp. - Add Ascope to your client with one of the snippets below. Ascope must be open while you use it.
Cursor
Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json (or your project's .cursor/mcp.json):
{
"mcpServers": {
"ascope": { "url": "http://127.0.0.1:47321/mcp" }
}
} Claude Code
Run this in Terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http ascope http://127.0.0.1:47321/mcp Claude Desktop
Add this to claude_desktop_config.json. It uses mcp-remote, so Node.js needs to be installed:
{
"mcpServers": {
"ascope": {
"command": "npx",
"args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "http://127.0.0.1:47321/mcp"]
}
}
} Other clients
Any client that supports MCP over Streamable HTTP can connect to http://127.0.0.1:47321/mcp. No API key is needed; the server only accepts connections from your own Mac.

Privacy and security
The server listens on 127.0.0.1 only, so it can't be reached from your network or the internet, and it rejects requests from web pages.
It runs while Ascope is open and you can switch it off at any time in Settings → MCP.
