These terms apply to the Ascope Mac app, Ascope Pro and the ascope.app website, provided by TURKA Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using Ascope you agree to them.
The software
Ascope is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Macs you own or control. Using Ascope requires an active Ascope Pro subscription.
Ascope Pro and licenses
- Ascope Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly through Polar, our merchant of record.
- Each license key is active on one Mac at a time. You can move it by deactivating it on the old Mac or in the customer portal.
- Don't share, resell or publish license keys. We may revoke keys that are abused.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time in the customer portal.
- Prices may change for future billing periods. We'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel before the change takes effect.

Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer license checks, overload or scrape our servers, or use Ascope to break the law or Apple's terms. We apply fair-use rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone.
Data accuracy
Rankings, popularity and difficulty come from public App Store data and Apple's own popularity scores, which can be delayed, change without notice or differ by device and location. Ascope is a research tool; we don't guarantee any particular ranking or business result.
Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Ascope running, but the service is provided “as is” and may occasionally be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Trademarks
Apple, App Store, Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Ascope is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
